FLOWER WALL HIRE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The hirer (“You”) have read and understood all questions and information regarding the use and hire of Blooming Petals and equipment.

You acknowledges that you as the hirer have receive adequate instruction on the correct use of the equipment by Blooming Petals, which includes demonstration or verbal or written instructions.

You agree to use the flower wall/s and equipment only for its intended purpose.

You agree that you must ensure the event location/site are clear for the use of Blooming Petals.

You agree to the safe installation, placement, hire and pack up of the flower wall/s that are clear of obstructions at your specified location.

You agree to pay the required non-refundable deposit ($100) as stated by Blooming Petals prior to your event date.

The hiring of the flower wall/s will commence from the commencement date specified on your invoice and continue for the term specified.

You will allow Blooming Petals to observe any damages to the flower wall/s and equipment used after your event. If the flower wall/s or equipment are damaged in any way, you agree for Blooming Petals to seek payment from you for the damages incurred.

You agree to pay the complete amount due to Blooming Petals 7 days prior to your stated event date. Should you not pay the outstanding amount, Blooming Petals is entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the deposit.

If there is a cancellation, you agree to inform Blooming Petals within 7 days of your event. Should you not inform us within 7 days, Divine Flower Walls is entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the payment/s.

Blooming Petals or any representative thereof, may restrict or prohibit use of the flower wall/s during the period of hire, if they determine in their absolute discretion that the flower wall/s are being misused, used in a dangerous manner, used in a manner that may damage the flower wall/s or otherwise not used in accordance with Blooming Petals’ instructions.

You shall not remove or attempt to reposition the flower wall/s and/or equipment after the installation without consent from Blooming Petals.

You shall directly inform Blooming Petals to any loss or damages suffered as a direct or indirect result of use of the flower wall/s or equipment.

During the period of hire of the flower wall/s and/or equipment, you take full responsibility as the hirer, and it is your risk with other guests and invitees that use the flower walls.

You shall be responsible to manage the flower wall/s appropriately and set up at a suitable location at your own risk. Blooming Petals suggest an enclosed shelter (i.e patio, marquee, garage etc.) as respects to weather is unpredictable.

You agree that there may be a travel surcharge (depending on location) for your event if it lays 20kms outside Springfield Lakes, Brisbane.

You agree that if there are parking fees (eg. hotel parking or metered parking) whilst travelling to your specified venue/location, you are required to cover these expenses for Blooming Petals.

You agree to inform Blooming Petals of the correct location, date and time of the event. If any additional hours/days of hiring is required, you must inform Blooming Petals and extension of the period must be agreed and additional charges are to be made instantly.

You acknowledge that Blooming Petals have copyright to all our flower wall/s and equipment.

Blooming Petals will not be held responsible for circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event. This can include, but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding hire amount paid by you as the hirer.

Once service is completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
